This notice explains personal-data processing on our public website, including contact enquiries, optional analytics and our AI chat. It does not describe data processing under a separate client-services agreement.

Browsing and contacting us
Serving and protecting the website involves technical request data, such as IP address, requested page and browser information. When you email, call or otherwise contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide and your contact details. We use this to handle your enquiry and communicate with you. The grounds are our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and responding to enquiries, or steps at your request before entering into a contract where applicable.
AI chat and abuse prevention
Opening the chat creates a browser-session identifier and stores the conversation in your browser session. Sending a message transmits your message, recent conversation context, language and session identifier to our chat service. The server also receives your IP address and uses request counters to limit abuse. Messages are processed through our OpenClaw-based AI service; an OpenAI fallback may be used when configured. When team notifications are enabled, the message, IP address, language, session identifier and request count are forwarded through Telegram to our team. These operations support the chat you request and our legitimate interests in answering enquiries and preventing abuse. You can contact us by email instead.
Optional analytics and performance
Only if you accept the analytics category do we load Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure page visits and loading performance. These services process technical visit and performance information such as page URL, browser/device information and timing metrics. We remove query strings and fragments from the event URL before sending it. Vercel describes these services as privacy-focused analytics; they are not advertising trackers. The basis for enabling them on this website is your consent. Rejecting or withdrawing consent does not prevent browsing or contacting us.
Recipients and international processing
Website hosting and optional measurement use Vercel. Contact and chat information may be handled by our team and the communication, AI and infrastructure services needed to provide those features, including the configured services described above. The exact chat providers used depend on the active configuration. Provider processing may involve countries outside your own country or the EEA. Contact us for the applicable recipients, locations and transfer safeguards for your enquiry; this notice does not assert that all processing stays in the EU.
Storage and retention
The cookie policy describes the browser-storage lifetimes we control. Server-side enquiries, chat notifications and provider records are separate from browser storage; clearing your browser does not delete those records. Their retention depends on the purpose of the correspondence, security needs and any applicable legal obligations. For the retention period applicable to a particular enquiry or a deletion request, contact us.
Your rights and choices
Under applicable data-protection law you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting earlier lawful processing. Use Cookie settings to change analytics consent; email admin@espresso-itsolutions.com for other requests. We may need information to verify your identity and identify the relevant records. You can complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or your local supervisory authority.
AI responses and updates
AI chat generates replies automatically and can be inaccurate; it is not a decision about your legal rights or eligibility for our services. Contact our team for a human response. We may update this notice when the website or processing changes; the date above identifies this version.
